SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

These SMS Terms of Service (these "SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Race Link Live text-message program (the "Program") operated by Nova Taurus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Race Link Live SMS Program sends operational text messages to users who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Account-related notifications (verification codes, sign-in alerts, account changes)
• Event-related notifications (race start, schedule changes, results, course updates)
• Support notifications (responses to help requests, ticket updates)
• Livestream notifications (broadcast start, stream status changes)
• Device status notifications (telemetry alerts, hardware status)
• Service notifications (platform updates, maintenance windows, security alerts)

The Program is intended for users of the Race Link Live platform. It is not a marketing or promotional program.

2. How to Opt In

You may enroll in the Program by:

• Providing your mobile number and consenting at account signup
• Enabling SMS notifications in your account or notification settings inside the platform
• Texting START or YES to our Program number after we have provided it to you

By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, the events you follow, the devices you operate, and the alerts you enable. You may receive messages whenever a triggering event occurs.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging and data plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further messages from the Program. To rejoin after opting out, complete the opt-in process again.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond with information about the Program and how to reach support.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their respective affiliates and MVNOs. Carrier participation may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the Program, including your mobile number and SMS consent status, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in the Program. The Program is intended for use in the United States.

10. Changes to the Program

We may modify or terminate the Program, or these SMS Terms, at any time, with or without notice. If we make material changes to these SMS Terms, we will update the effective date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that messages will be delivered on time or at all. We are not responsible for delays, failures, errors, or omissions in the delivery of messages, or for any actions taken or not taken in reliance on a message.
